Cindy has an extensive background in designing and implementing comprehensive training workshops tailored to dealership needs. These workshops have included topics such as effective communication, leadership development, customer service excellence, and technical training for service advisors and managers. Additionally, she has played a critical role in developing and standardizing service policies and procedures to ensure consistent and efficient operations across multiple dealerships.
