We help you set the standards for fixed operations success
- Hours Per RO
- $ Per RO
- MPI Closing Ratio
- Menu Sales
- CSI
We help you establish your standards. Each dealership brand and market will have specific standards requirements available for the associate to review. Dealership management will work together with the associates to further their understanding of the standards and help develop individual performance. The associate must be equal to or above all standards for 9 of 12 months.
The service advisor who achieves their level of standards set forth, is then eligible to return next year for recertification and recognition. At any time, an associate falls below standards, management may choose to provide additional training.
